Schoultz’s Lo-Fi Motel

Welcome to my first posting.  While there is no shortage of music blogs or pop culture blogs or current event blogs or blogs and people who blog them, I wasn’t sure if there existed a blog that covered rock’n'roll (the good stuff), pop/junk culture, art, literature, comic books and anything that might be possibly be pigeon-holed as Geek.  Well, there probably exists such blogs.  And now there is mine.

I hope for the Lo-Fi Motel to be a gaudy roadside oasis with color television, coin-operated mattresses, and complete with oddities, attractions, and two-headed snakes in jars.  This is the kind of place where folks still remember the 8-track and long for Ting soda in small glass bottles.  The Lo-Fi Motel is where metal, punk, alt-rock, and rockabilly meet for illicit affairs.  This where comics and literature vacation and hard-luckculture and politics hide-out and plan the next move.  Enjoy your stay.
